Full Spectrum Benefits names Tiffany Finnegan of Hyannis Port as Director of Benefits

HINGHAM and HYANNIS PORT, MA --Full Spectrum Benefits (http://fullspectrumbenefits.com) has promoted Tiffany Finnegan of Hyannis Port, MA to the position of Director of Benefits. In this role, she will work directly with the firm’s clients on employee benefits programs from implementation to design and managing their insurance plans.

She first joined Higgins Insurance Group, which recent re-branded as Full Spectrum Benefits, in 2013 as a Benefits Account Manager. Prior to her work with her current company, she was Senior Account Director for National Financial Partners, and before that, Assistant Vice-President/Senior Consultant at Hays Companies, Boston.

Finnegan brings more than a decade’s experience in the benefits industry to her expanded role with Full Spectrum Benefits. She was one of the first accredited Certified Healthcare Reform Specialists by the Healthcare Reform Center & Policy Institute in New England. She has additionally served as a contributing member of the Wellness Coordinator Council of New Hampshire, a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA), and she has been a featured speaker on HR.com, on the topics of healthcare reform and the perils of noncompliance.

The Rome, NY native earned her MBA from the University of Massachusetts/Boston with a concentration in Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the State University of New York Institute of Technology in Utica. She is a licensed life, accident and health insurance producer.

In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, and cooking and hosting for family and friends.
