Getting Focused. ADD/ADHD Coaching practice announced.

Licensed counselor launches an ADD/ADHD (attention deficit disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) coaching division.

Keith Kosierowski, licensed counselor, MEd, CSC is often bombarded with questions like “Why can’t I (or my child or my spouse) accomplish what I know they are capable of?” “Why do I get so overwhelmed, and or so frustrated with my child or spouse?” “Why do I struggle so in school, within relationships and keeping a satisfying career?” “I know I am intelligent and can work incredibly hard. Yet the same issues pop up time and time again? I could achieve so much more if I only knew how!”

In response to these challenges, Kosierowski researched and obtained highly specialized coach training. He has now launched an ADD/ADHD (attention deficit disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) coaching division at 4 Bound Brook Court, Scituate, MA. Kosierowski is a Rockland, MA resident.

In addition to traditional office sessions, Kosierowski is a remote services specialist and works with clients worldwide via phone, Skype, and other media.

ADHD is a challenge that impacts the whole person and entire family. Better than 95% of Keith Kosierowski’s clients (ages 6 - 76) have ADD/ ADHD and related challenges. Thus, he has set up a division that specializes in helping ADD/ADHD adults, children, parents, couples and families.

Despite good intentions, ADD/ADHD individuals are often scolded by peers, teachers, parents, counselors and doctors. They may experience poor self esteem, anxiety, depression, anger, impulsivity and chronic disorganization. ADD/ADHD individuals are also struggling socially, academically, in their career, with addictions and financial issues.

Among being a licensed school counselor and other credentials, Kosierowski has over 20-years experience in private, clinical and academic settings. He has advanced training in ADHD/ADD and has authored many articles on the topic. He also trains professionals on current research supported best practices. His service dog, Mr. Pickles often assists with patient interactions.

Kosierowski practice is primarily private pay, however does accept some insurance as well. He offers free consultations and welcomes speaking engagements.
