Hingham Basketball Teams Set For Tournament Play

HINGHAM, MA — It’s tournament time for high school sports in Massachusetts and Hingham is

in the mix entering the boys and girls MIAA Division 2 South basketball tournaments.

The Harborwomen have been awarded the eighth seed in the Division 2 South tournament and will face the ninth-ranked Oliver Ames on March 2 in the first round. If the Harborwomen win, they move on to the quarterfinals against the winner of Foxborough vs. Scituate/Pembroke

In the boys’ tournament, the 12th seeded Harbormen will travel to fifth-ranked O’Bryant for a first round match on March 1. The winner will earn a date with the winner of Sandwich-Tech Boston in the quarterfinals.
