Hingham Creates Form To Report Coronavirus-Related Violations

HINGHAM, MA — As the state opens up some businesses with coronavirus-related restrictions, and moves toward expanding office occupancy, retail operations and opening restaurants in phase two of Gov. Charlie Baker's reopening plans, Hingham is making available a form to report any workplace violations of the state's plans.

These forms are monitored seven days a week and can be found here. Submissions will be forwarded to the necessary enforcement agency.
