Voter Registration

In addition, we will hold voter registration on Saturday August 22 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This will take place in the Town Clerk’s Office. Additional Voter Registration Information is available from the Town Clerk’s department.

Vote By Mail

We have received close to 5,000 requests for Vote by mail as well as about 700 absentee that were already in our system. We are continuing to get more postcards for the Vote by mail. The application deadline is August 26tt. This will allow time to mail the ballots so they will be received back by Election Day. Because of the volume, we have been working hard to get the information into the system then the envelopes prepared and sent. On Friday, we were able to catch up a bit but there are still more to come. We want everyone to get his or her ballot and have time to get it back to us.

Getting the ballots out has been a challenge; we appreciate everyone’s patience.

You may drop your ballots in the mailbox at the end of the driveway at Town Hall.

Note for Unenrolled Voters: The postcard asks what ballot you want and what party. Unenrolled (No Party) were required to check off what type ballot they want. While many voters requested a ballot there were several who did not check the box, they were added to the November Election only.

Election Day Voting

The Election will be held on September 1st from 7:00AM to 8:00PM. Polling places are as follows:
