Although the Fourth of July is still a few months away, the Hingham Lions Club announced some new details to this year's fire work show. This year, the Hingham Fourth of July fireworks extravaganza will be launched from a barge in the middle of the harbor this year. "The addition of the barge launch will allow more flexibility with the show including larger sky affects," said Mark Casale of the Hingham Lions Club The Hingham Lions  Club will host t which is scheduled for Saturday June 30. The celebration which is annually held on the Saturday before Independence Day will include family activities, music, food and a fireworks show. The event runs on all donations from the community and the Lions fund raising campaign is under way.
