For the second straight year, Hingham gym teacher Luke Dodge has won the annual  early morning Thanksgiving Turkey Trot 5k race. Dodge, age 25, placed first with a time of 16:29.53, beating the second place finisher  Mike McConville, age 19 of Hingham by 4 seconds. Last year, Dodge won the race with an even better time of 15:59.76. The Hingham gym teacher recently won the Plymouth River 5k and placed third in the 2012 Fourth of July Road Race This year, over 1,500 runners participated in the 14th annual Turkey Trot which benefited the Hingham High School Cross Country and Track teams.
