Hingham High School Gears Up For State Tourney

HHS will host tournament games on Friday and Sunday. Support the Harbormen by wearing red and white to their home games.

This weekend the Hingham High School boys and girls soccer teams along with the field hockey team will compete in the MIAA State Tournament.

The girls soccer team received the No. 13 seed and will play on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at home against  Newton South High School.   If the girls win they will play Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at  No.4 ranked Marshfield.  Franklin and Needham are the top two seeds in the tournament.

The boys soccer team received the #4 seed and will play on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. at home against the winner of the Milton/Norwell first round game.  Medway and Apponequet are the top two seeds in this tournament.

The field hockey team received the #4 seed and will play on Friday at home at 2:30 p.m. against North Attleboro High School.  The winner will host Dennis-Yarmouth or Norwood on Sunday.  Walpole and Duxbury received the No 1 and 2 seeds in the tournament.
