Drew Morrissey, 28, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Around 1:30 a.m., police were called to Gilford Road following a report of a man screaming outside on the corner of the road. When police tried to question the man, he slurred his words and could only respond to parts of the officer's questions, the report said. Police said Morrissey tried walking away, and when officers tried to restrain him, he became combative. Police told the Hingham Journal officers were eventually able to bring Morrissey to the ground.
