Spear also had two outstanding warrants.May 176:32 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Clifford Court, Adilson DeOliveira, 46, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended or revoked registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.May 19Jorge Rodriguez, 22, of Boston, was arrested on High Street and charged with distributing a Class A drug.
