One driver was cited. 10:17 p.m. - A fight between two men was reported on Summer Street. July 39:48 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Otis Street, Justin Lowery, 39, of Hull, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 7:42 p.m. - A caller reported a person who went into Stop &amp; Shop on Lincoln Street and appeared intoxicated. The person was taken into protective custody.
