Hingham Police Log: Fight in a Tire Store, Drug Possession, and More

May 13
11:39 a.m. - A deer struck a vehicle on Rockland Street. The deer ran away but the driver was struck in the face by a side mirror. The driver received a medical transport and a friend took custody of the vehicle.

5:48 p.m. - Two unruly customers inside Firestone Tires on Whiting Street were reported. The suspects were allegedly attempting to start a fight with an employee who had past issues with the customers. The customers were advised not to return.

3:18 p.m. - An erratic vehicle was reported on George Washington Boulevard. Craig Manchester, 36, of Hull, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class C drug with intent to distribute (subsequent offense).
