March 142:49 p.m. - Corey Cusick, 38, of Quincy, was arrested during a traffic stop at Muzzi's Corner on George Washington Boulevard and charged with operating with a suspended license, operating without an inspection sticker, and operating without a license in possession.March 165:56 p.m. - Johnny Welch, 36, of Scituate, was arrested during a traffic stop at the intersection of Chief Justice Cushing Highway and East Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, attaching registration plates, operating an uninsured vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.March 174:48 p.m. - Peter Palmer, 18, of Hanover, was arrested at Kohl's on Derby Street and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.March 189:34 p.m. - An erratic operator was reported near the intersection of Bonnie Brier Circle and Rockland Street.
