Kenneth Patts, 57, of Hull, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense; operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger; and a marked lanes violation.Less than seven minutes later at 1:49 a.m., police made another traffic stop on Hull Street. The operator, Nelson Rodriguez, 50, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, second offense; operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger; and a marked lanes violation.Finally, the third arrest occurred at 2:23 a.m. near the intersection of Beal Street and Tuckers Lane. A caller told police that they heard a loud crash on Beal Street but couldn't see any vehicles.
