HINGHAM, MA —Hingham police are warning drivers that they will be on the lookout for dangerous drivers as traffic is expected to increase with the reopening of the state's economy.Police posted a dash cam video on social media from Sunday night showing an SUV that was driven past a police cruiser on two rims and using the wrong side of the road. The video shows the driver almost crashing on Whiting Street, and swerving down the road, before finally stopping for police.Police said the driver was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. "Fortunately, the traffic was light as MA didn't start Phase 2 reopening until (Monday)," Police said. "Dangerous drivers are still out there sharing our roads.
