Wahlberg said there most likely won't be a Departed sequel, but Bulger has reached out to the actor asking him to make a movie on his life. "I actually got a call about coming and seeing Whitey," Wahlberg said on the Hill-Man morning show. "He wants me to come down and visit him.  Maybe he'll give me the exclusive rights to tell his story because he knows we can do it better than anyone else." Wahlberg did say his heart goes out to all the families of Bulger's victims and that telling the story of the mass murder's life is something that he will certainly explore.
