Hingham Restaurant Shut Down By Fire Marshall

A notice on the front door indicates that they are not open.

HINGHAM, MA — Safety violations have forced a restaurant in Hingham to close.

Hingham Fire Marshall Lt. Christopher DiNapoli recently ordered the closure of Plaza Azteca on Whiting Street. A notice on the door reads "The restaurant is closed for violations." The violations appear to be related to state laws regarding furniture.

No one is allowed inside the building without permission from the fire marshall. Anyone found inside will be subject to arrest.
