Hingham Square Market Returns For Another Year
Fresh produce, baked goods and potted herbs are common finds at the weekly Square Market.

The mid-week Hingham Farmers Market has returned for another year.
Last Wednesday marked the official first day of the 5th season of the Hingham’s “Square Market.”
Every Wednesday through October 23, local vendors will be selling produce, baked goods and more right at the corner of North and Main Street in front of La Petite Maison.

Last week, for its opening, produce vendor Mary Bujukian of Hanson sold fresh strawberries, radishes, red lettuce, sugar snap peas and zucchini, Great Cape Baking offered fresh baked breads and Riverside Gardens sold tomato and basil plants, lavender, thyme and other potted herbs.
Vendors also include Sadie Mae's cupcakes and baked goods, and DL's fresh squeezed juices, hand squeezed right on site, according to Farmers Market director Mark Cullings.

Live music will be featured every other week by Ramshackle with wonderful acoustic guitar melodies, according to Cullings.
The Square Market is made possible by the support of Hingham Savings Bank, Nobles Camera Shop and La Petite Maison.
It will run each week from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
