
HINGHAM, MA - A Hull man faces charged for allegedly driving while drunk and causing a car crash.
John Currier, 46, was charged Saturday afternoon with his fourth drunken driving offense, negligent operation to endanger, failure to wear a seatbelt, operating with a license suspended for refusing a breathalyser, and a marked lanes violation, according to the Hingham Police Log. to the Hingham Police Log.
At 2:29 p.m., a caller reported a car that was off the road behind the 99 Restaurant near Beal Street. A female, Karen Schuh, 46, of Hull, was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

The Patriot Ledger reports that Currier was driving despite the fact that his license was suspected for eight years for a drunken driving conviction in 2015.
Currier pleaded not guilty during his arraignment in Hingham District Court. He was ordered held on $25,000 bail and is due back in court on March 28.
