Jim Wells of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Hingham Office Recognized With Humanitarian Award

Jim Wells, vice president and managing broker of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Hingham, was recently recognized by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England President Merit McIntyre for his community service and support of the company’s charitable efforts.

Wells, who has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for the last 13 years, was presented with the company’s Humanitarian Award. He has spent countless hours volunteering as an auctioneer and supporting numerous fundraising events hosted by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the company’s charitable foundation.

Over the years, his volunteer efforts have helped raise thousands of dollars for non-profit organizations throughout New England, including Homes for Our Troops, the New England Center for Homeless Veterans, Rosie’s Place, and The Home for Little Wanderers. Outside of Coldwell Banker, Wells has also volunteered for Father Bill’s & MainSpring shelters, My Brother’s Keeper, Globe Santa, Lucy’s Love Bus, The Magical Moon Foundation, Pan-Mass Challenge, the Cancer Support Community and others.
