Linden Ponds Fitness Strong Team Participates in Local 5K

The Linden Ponds Fitness Strong team participated in the 14th Annual Evan's Run in Norwell.  

"We have a lot of employees who have been working out together at night," said Rhoda Horgan, Executive Assistant, Linden Ponds.   "We thought we would start doing local 5K walk/runs together and we named our team Linden Ponds Fitness Strong. This was our first 5K and we look forward to many more."
 
Evan's Run is a 5K/10K Road Race and 5K Walk through the scenic back roads of Norwell. The objective of the race is to raise money for Autism awareness.
