Linden Ponds Residents Contribute to Staff Appreciation Fund

Over 500 employees receive gift from 2021 Staff Appreciation Fund

Hingham, MA -- Residents at Linden Ponds, an Erickson Senior Living community in Hingham, Ma, recently made the holiday season a bit merrier for the community's staff by generously contributing more than $351,227 to the 2021 Staff Appreciation Fund.

The annual Staff Appreciation campaign is an opportunity for Linden Ponds residents to thank the hourly employees who consistently go above and beyond to provide a variety of services that enhance the daily lives of residents.

Throughout the year, Linden Ponds residents make personal gifts to the Fund and also contribute via fundraising efforts such as the Linden Ponds Spelling Bee. Each holiday season, the funds are then distributed among Linden Ponds’ eligible employees, which include dining associates, security officers, maintenance workers, housekeepers, and medical and nursing assistants—just to name a handful.
