1850 Thomas Loring Hobart House on Lincoln Street will soon become a new bed-and-breakfast.
Meg and Matt Lind, the owners of the home, told the Patriot Ledger that they plan on opening in early spring following landscaping, fencing, and parking work. The interior and exterior of the house will not change.
The B&B will be a two-room operation and owner occupied, as requied by zoning bylaws.

The B&B will be the second in Hingham to open in three years. Janet and Terry McNulty opened one at 17 Emerald St. in 2013.
