NORWELL, MA — A Norwell man died after he lost control of his car and crashed into a tree Sunday night. Police identified the man as Joseph Cyr, 58. At 9:09 p.m., emergency personnel were called to Tiffany Road for reports of the single-car crash. Cyr was the only one in the car and was pronounced dead at the scene.
