OUI, Crash, And More: Hingham Police Log

July 18

3:17 a.m. - A caller near the intersection of Beale Street and Fottler Road reported a crash. One of the drivers, Samuel Bilbo, 26, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), negligent operation of a vehicle so as to endanger, marked lanes violation,

July 21

5:58 p.m. - A car swerving all over Hull Street with a driver who threw a beer can out the window was reported. After police stopped the vehicle, Lianne Ingemi, 52, of Framingham, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), negligent operation of a vehicle so as to endanger, marked lanes violation, and drinking alcohol from an open container inside a motor vehicle.

July 23

1:08 a.m. - Patrick McRell, 28, of Hull, was arrested on Broad Cove Road and charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating with a revoked license.
