OUI, Drug Possession, And More: Hingham Police Log

July 1

5:01 p.m. - A person passed out behind the wheel was located on Main Street. The person, Ryan Lane, 32, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute (subsequent offense), possession of a Class A drug (subsequent offense), and possession of a Class B drug (subsequent offense).

8:48 p.m. - A man on Whiton Avenue told police that there was a large group of people setting off fireworks and drinking. He told police that if they didn’t go down there, he would take care of it himself. Police found nothing out of the ordinary.

July 2

7:17 p.m. - A four-car crash was reported near the Hingham Harbor Mobil on Summer Street. Cameron Theall, 18, of North Easton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, three counts of leaving the scene of personal injury, two counts of leaving the scene of personal damage, negligent operating to endanger, and underage possession of liquor.
