July 27
12:23 p.m. - A caller reported a vehicle that was all over the road and slammed into the sidewalk three or four times. The caller followed the vehicle past Fresh Market and the Stop and Shop near the Hingham Shipyard. After officers located the vehicle, Catherine Joaquin, 48, of Hull, was arrested and charged with operating under influence of liquor, operating under the influence of drugs, and negligent operating to endanger.

5:47 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Central Street, Jason Mendez, 20, of Lynn, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

11:25 a.m. - During a traffic stop near Lincoln Street and Shipyard Drive, Taliah Moore, 36, of Mattapan, was arrested on a warrant.
