When police pulled over the vehicle at the intersection of Main Street and Thompson Avenue, Sean Deignan, 32, of Brockton, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
