Police Log: Drug Possession, Man Gets Arrested Twice in Less than 24 Hours, and More
The following is from the Hingham Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned do not imply conviction.

October 5
6:30 p.m. - A Jeep that was all over the road near the intersection of Cushing and Whiting Streets was reported. The caller told police that the driver almost hit four cars. After the vehicle was stopped, the driver, Dennis McCarthy, 42, of Scituate, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, operating to endanger, marked lanes violation, possession of a class B drug, and a motor vehicle lights violation.
7:55 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop by South Shore Baptist Church on Main Street, Anthony Ceresi, 50, of Quincy, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), operating an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of a class B drug (subsequent offense), and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration. The next evening, Ceresi was arrested at the Wompatuck State Park Campground on Union Street as a fugitive from justice and on a warrant for the four charges.

October 6
8:22 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Broad Cove Road, Gillian Richards, 32, of Hull, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on a court warrant for larceny over $250 by single scheme.
