Police Log: Dumpster Diving, OUIs, and More

June 24
8:01 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Newbridge Street, Adam Cobb, 27, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

5:50 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Chief Justice Cushing Highway, Carlos Barbosa, 42, of Quincy, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and not having an inspection sticker.

9:17 p.m. - Kevin Delaney Jr., 19, of Hingham, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on a court warrant and charged on a warrant with possession of a Class E drug.
June 29
12:24 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on George Washington Boulevard, Stephen Gibbons, 29, of Hull, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle to endanger, and a marked lanes violation.
2:34 a.m. - During a motor vehicle on Broad Cove Drive, Patrick Bedig, 31, of Watertown, was arrested and charged with opertaing under the influence of alcohol (second offense), possession of a Class B drug, drinking alcohol from an open container inside a motor vehicle, and not having an inspection sticker.
8:36 a.m. - A male going through a dumpster was discovered on Essington Drive. After the male ran from police, a medic said he was found possibly passed out. The male, Jason Presente, 40, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property under $250 (subsequent offense), trespassing, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, malicious destruction of property over $250, and forgery or misuse of an RMV document.
