Police located the vehicle stopped at Queen Anne's Corner and arrested Frank Giacoppo, 51, of Norwell. He was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle to endanger, drinking alcohol from an open container inside a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.
