Police Log: Scituate Woman Arrested For OUI, Drug Possession in Hingham

The following is an excerpt from the Hingham Police Log from Monday Nov. 21- Sunday, Nov. 27. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, November 21:

At 4:15 a.m. a man reported that his ex-girlfriend’s companion called him and said he is on his way over his Hemlock Road home to cause him harm.

At 4:45 p.m. a caller reported a deer was struck by a vehicle on Chief Justice Cushing Highway.

At 5:20 p.m. a shoplifter was detained by security at the Hingham Fruit Center.

Wednesday, November 23:

At 10:25 a.m. a caller reported a large deer that had been shot with an arrow was running in the roadway on Hobart Street.

At 4:42 p.m. a caller reported his home was broken into on Bel Air Road.

At 8:46 pm.  a caller on New Bridge Street reported youths threw eggs at his vehicle.

Thursday, November 24:

At 1:27 a.m. a caller at Alma Nove reported a silver mini van full of kids were throwing eggs from the vehicle.  The van fled and was spotted heading towards Weymouth.

At 10:08 a.m. a Gardner Street caller reported that her car window was broken, and her credit card and purse were stolen.

At 11:53 a.m. residents on Shipyard Drive reported that construction workers were playing disturbing music.  The workers agreed to turn down the music.

At 6:26 p.m. a caller on Pheasant Run reported hearing gun shots.

Friday, November 25:

At 5:31 p.m. a caller on Golf View Driver reported a house break in and said items were stolen.

Saturday, November 26:

At 12:06 a.m. a caller on Hemlock Road reported hearing gun shots.

At 8:04 a.m. a caller on Side Hill Road reported hearing gun shots.

At 8:19 a.m. a caller at Bare Cove Park reported hearing gun shots.

At 5:30 p.m. police arrested Amanda Flannery, age 21 of Scituate for operating under the influence of alcohol at Stodder’s Neck.  She was also charged with drug procession. 

Sunday November 27:

At 2:09 a.m. a caller reported a fight at an Old Derby Street home.

At 5:54 p.m. a caller reported a big fight at the Ocean Kai Restaurant.

At 8:03 p.m. a caller on Scotland Street reported a dog bit a woman in the face.
