Police Log: Third OUI Offense, a Messy Park, and More

The following is from the Hingham Police Log. Where arrests and charges are mentioned, they do not imply conviction.

December 14

1:49 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on South Street, Andrew Donovan, 24, of Hull, was arrested and charged with an OUI liquor, a marked lanes violation, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.

3:46 p.m. - A caller reported that she walked through down South Street and thought it appeared as if there was a party the previous night. The told police that there were Slushy drinks and a baby bottle. She said she cleaned the park but still had possession of the items. Extra patrols were requested.

5:10 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the Exit 15 on-ramp on Route 3, William Planinshek, 63, of Cheshire, CT was arrested and charged with his third OUI liquor offense, giving a false name or address to an officer, no inspection sticker, and failure to wear a seatbelt.
