REMEMBER OUR PAST

Today is a day to remember!
What happened a lone time ago.
When America was attached at Pearl Harbor,
By a nation considered a foe.

The attack was vicious and quick,
No warning had been given.
Weapons of war were destroyed,
And more men died than were living.

Our Nation was now at war,
And the world would soon declare.
Japan has awaken a sleeping giant,
And our enemies had best beware.

Our country was quick to respond
Men and boys answered the call.
There was one aim in life,
To see our enemies fall.

Our country became a machine,
When men and women made it true.
The American Spirit working together,
Showed what our country could do.

This same Spirit needs to awaken,
To the foes we face today.
The only answer we have
Is to yield to God and pray.

The powers that be in Washington,
Have weakened our land no doubt.
Bigger government and its dependency,
Have thrown the American Spirit out.

Today is a day to remember,
Pearl Harbor our people need to know.
Like things in our past we need not forget,

REMEMBER THE ALAMO!
