South Shore Residents Selling Homes Fast

Many moving into Linden Ponds have had multiple offers on their homes or condos

Hingham, MA -- People moving to Linden Ponds, a continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Living, have been selling their homes on the South Shore quickly!

“The market is hot right now,” said Personal Moving Consultant Lynne Ford. “We have a number of people moving into Linden Ponds who have had multiple offers on their homes or condos. There have been many properties for sale by incoming Linden Ponds residents which sold in under one week.”

Through the Erickson Realty and Moving Services program, Ford assists prospective Linden Ponds residents by connecting them with preferred realtors who are experts in the sale of homes in their specific neighborhoods.

“Lynne was not only wonderful to work with but she made the moving process a lot of fun,” said Pomeroy. “She listens to your concerns and knows what you want and what you don’t want. When she visited my house in Hingham, she would bring a map of my new home at Linden Ponds so we could layout where my furniture would go in my apartment. We have spent so much time together laughing and having a great time. Lynne really makes moving a wonderful experience!

“If you are unsure of selling, this is the time to do it,’ said Ford. “We have so many floor plans to choose from so sit back and relax and let us make is easy for you to move into Linden Ponds.”

Willard Square, Linden Ponds’ ninth residential building is currently under construction. The new 7-story building will add 104 new independent living apartment homes to the community. Along with new open apartment floor plans, Willard Square will also feature additional common area spaces to accommodate the growing number of resident activities and clubs.
