January 22

10:50 a.m. - A caller on Central Street told police that he is having an issue with a neighbor who keeps letting his dog defecate on the property. The dog’s owner was not home when police went to speak to him, but would check back later.

12:23 p.m. - Jose Lima, 35, of Woonsocket, R.I., was arrested during a traffic stop on Main Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

12:36 p.m. - Andrew Plante, 31, of Bourne, was arrested during a traffic stop at the intersection of Main and Scotland Streets and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to wear a seatbelt.

5:22 p.m. - A car struck a tree near the intersection of Cushing and Ward Streets.

January 24

1:40 a.m. - A driver on Leavitt Street spun out and hit a telephone pole.
