The History of Best Chevrolet

was formely the William J. Priestman Chevrolet Dealership which was located at 15 summer street on Route 3A at Hingham Harbor. At one time there were seven automobile dealerships on Summer and North Street and all have since relocated to other areas. 

moved its new site to Hingham Plaza on Derby Street in South Hingham. The business celebrated its grand opening the weekend on Dec. 10-12, 1964.  It’s advertising circulars that week was, “The most modern automobile facilities on the South Shore."
