Theon North Street has more history than just your average restaurant. It was once named Ye Olde Mill Grille and parts of the structure date back to 1643, when it was the town grain mill. The newer section was added in 1726.
The Liberty Grille became very popular during World War II with visiting British navy personell who were in town to board their newly finished warship at Hingham Shipyard.
