Tickets Now Available For Annual Historic Homes Tour
The 88th annual historic tour will take guests inside seven of Hingham's oldest houses and four public buildings .
This September, the Hingham Historical Society will offer tours of some of the oldest houses in town.
The 88th annual historic tour is regarded to be one of the longest running tours in the country, according to Susan Harris of the HHS.

The tours will be offered September 21 and 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 pm for $25 per person. Tickets the day of the tour will cost $30
As a special feature, the HHS will also offer a viewing of an eighth historic home. A Champagne Gala will be held September 15 from 5-7 p.m. at the 1811 Edward Thaxter residence, home of Robin & Warren Pelissier. Robin is a nationally known interior designer and owner of the Robin's Nest on North Street.

This weekend’s prelude to the annual historic tour will include musicians from the Atlantic Symphony Orchestra and champagne. Tickets cost $85 person, $150 per couple, and all proceeds will benefit the educational programs of the Hingham Historical Society.
