Weymouth Man Wanted for Hingham Shipyard Stabbing
Anyone with knowledge of Ryan Devine's location is asked to contact the Hingham Police Department.

HINGHAM, MA - A Weymouth man is wanted for a stabbing that took place at the Hingham Shipyard.
At about 8:45 p.m. Monday, staff at South Shore Hospital told the Hingham Police Department that a 37-year-old man had arrived seeking treatment for a stab wound. The victim said that was walking through the Shipyard’s parking lot with a friend when he exchanged words with a man he did not know, according to police.
The stranger, identified as Ryan Devine, 33, of Weymouth, allegedly stabbed the victim once and ran away. The victim was then taken to South Shore Hospital by his friend with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

Detectives found a large amount of blood on the sidewalk in front of Supercuts in the parking lot.
Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Devine for assault and battery with a knife.

Police say the stabbing appears to be an isolated incident and remains under investigation.
