A group of Hingham Girls Scouts from 3 troops ranging from, 5th grade Juniors to 6th and7th grade Cadettes to 9th grade seniors, spent the last weekend lodge camping at Camp Wabasso in S Sutton, NH. After a quick breakfast of panckaes and bacon on Sat morning, they headed out on a quick snowshoe hike around the camp. It was the first time on snowshoes for most of the girls and they seemed to pick it up easily. We scoped out an outdoor pavillion to cook tacos in a bag for lunch and a nice hill for sledding. After so much time outside enjoying the fresh air we headed back to the lodge for some downtime and dinner. The next morning we cleaned up, packed and headed to Amsbury Sports Park for some more fun. We spent the afternoon tubing in the rain.
