Woman Charged With Drugged Driving After Traveling 70 Feet Into Tree
On Saturday, a vehicle drove 70 feet off the road and into a tree at the intersection of Routes 3A and 228, police said.

HINGHAM, MA — A 23-year-old Fall River woman was issued a court summons for allegedly driving off the road while high.
On Saturday at about 4:48 p.m., a vehicle drove 70 feet off the road and into a tree at the intersection of Routes 3A and 228, according to the Hingham Police Department.
The driver who was transported to the hospital for minor injuries and received a summons for drugged driving, operating to endanger, and marked lanes violation.

Due to the fact that the driver received a summons and was not arrested, police have not released her name.
No other cars were involved.
