Roster was a temporary tenant and their lease was up, according to DSS Marketing Coordinator Christina Barrows.  Before Roster moved in, the property was home to a Ritz Camera Store.Kate Spade New York has multiple locations across the country including one on Newbury Street, the Mall at Chestnut Hill and at the Wrentham Outlets.The Derby Street Shoppes is located off Route 53 on the Hingham/Weymouth border.
