YOUR SAVIOR WAS BORN THAT NIGHT!

The night sky was filled

With stars that shown so bright.

The shepherds sat in amazement,

Engulfed in the beauty of the night.

Suddenly a voice was heard,

That seemed to come from on high.

Their fear and amazement

Was resolved when an angel, came nigh.

The angel proclaimed the Savior was born,

In Bethlehem that night.

Be not afraid, the angel said,

There is no need for your fright.

Unto you is born a Savior, which is Christ the Lord;

You can prove this is true.

You will find the babe

In a stable, waiting for you.

The shepherds left their flocks,

To go and see their King.

Born in a stable, lying in a manager,

His love and peace He will bring.

Why would lowly shepherds

Be selected to announce a coming king.

They were willing to go and tell,

God's message they were to bring.

They went and told the story,

How an angel came that night.

An calmed their fears they had,

And sent them on their plight.

The angel had told them:

Peace and goodwill toward men:

Had come to the world that night,

And God's wrath had come to an end.

The story has an ending,

The outcome depends on you.

When you seek your Savior in faith,

You will find Jesus is true.
