5 Things You Need to Know Today: July 14

Check out some art classes at the Holliston Recreation Department or join the children's summer reading program at the Library.

    The class, which runs from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., will be taught by local artist and teacher Laurie Leavitt. This week's theme is "Fun with Air-Dry Clay."

    The cost is $22, which includes $4 for materials.
  3. Members of the Holliston Trails Committee will stage a rail trail cleanup at 9 a.m. at Hopping Brook Road.

    Volunteers are asked to bring trimming tools, gloves and rakes to clear light brush.
