Loosen up with some yoga in the morning before checking out the opener of the Arts Council's Summer Concert Series at Goodwill Park.

  3. (21 Charles St.) will host the second day of its "Wake-Up Summer Yoga" program from 7:45 to 8:45 a.m. Teacher Roberta Weiner is certified by the Kripalu Institute for Yoga & Health.

    Thirty-one teen ringers will play under the direction of noted handbell clinician Nancy Cappel. The group has rung throughout New England and will serve as the open act at the Festival Conference 2011 later this month.

    A monetary “love gift” will be collected to defray part of the cost of the dinner served to the ringers before the concert. The remainder will go to the ringers to offset their travel expenses.
  5. The Holliston 1 Tri-Valley League Majors Division (ages 14-16) baseball team is hosting Dover-Sherborn at 5:30 p.m. at the High School.

    The Holliston 2 Tri-Valley League Majors Division team then welcomes Franklin 1 to at 7 p.m.
