Arbella Sponsors 2014 MIAA Football Championships at Gillette Stadium
Enjoy a day of football and hometown pride with Arbella Insurance Group

The Arbella Insurance Group is proud to announce its second annual sponsorship of the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) Football Championships, set for this weekend at Gillette Stadium. Commonly referred to as the “High School Super Bowls,” the six MIAA state championship football games begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6. Thousands of fans from across the state will attend the games.
“This is sure to be a great day of football and hometown pride,” said John Donohue, chairman, president and CEO of the Arbella Insurance Group. “As a local company, Arbella is proud to sponsor this exciting event and cheer on all these young athletes who’ve worked so hard to get here. We’re looking forward to some exciting games at Gillette Stadium.”
To help keep fans warm while they cheer on their favorite teams, Arbella representatives will be handing out 4,000 complimentary pairs of winter gloves as fans enter the stadium. Arbella will also offer tours of its state-of-the-art Distractology 101 trailer, which will be onsite in NRG Plaza, located between the Patriots ProShop and the Patriot Place gate. The 36-foot-long, neon-yellow mobile classroom is outfitted with high-tech driving simulators designed to give new drivers the chance to experience the perils of distracted driving, including texting while driving. Fans will be able to experience expedited versions of the Distractology 101 training between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Arbella will also be supporting the broadcasts of the games on 98.5 The Sports Hub and Comcast SportsNet New England.
