What do you like best about owning/running this business? Meeting a lot of people, getting to know your neighbors. Being so close to 495, you also get to meet a lot of travelers on their way to the Cape and other places.

What do your customers like best about your business? Fast, friendly service, comfortable atmosphere, good food.
Advice for someone new to the business? Working for yourself, you have to like what you’re doing. You can take advantage of the opportunity to be your own boss and call your own shots, but you work a lot of hours. It’s not for everybody, but it affords you flexibility.
