ENTER STAGE LEFT THEATER Presents: Larry the Big-Time Broadway Producer.
Enter Stage Left Theater is delighted to present its fall comedy, Larry the Big-Time Broadway Producer, by acclaimed theater critic, author, and educator Peter Filichia, directed by Paul Champlin.
Young theater enthusiast Larry Greenstein gets his first taste of Broadway success when a $100 investment in the original 1964 production of Funny Girl pays off. Bitten by the Broadway bug, Larry dives deeper into the world of theatrical producing, convinced his next investment will be an even bigger hit.
But on Broadway, success is never guaranteed. As Larry chases his dream of becoming a big-time producer, he discovers that finding the next smash hit may be harder than it looks—and that lightning doesn't always strike twice.
Filled with humor, heart, and plenty of behind-the-scenes Broadway charm, Larry the Big-Time Broadway Producer is a love letter to theater and the dreamers who keep it alive.
