Didgeridoo Chakra Clearing Workshop, Sat Sep 26, 10:30am-12:30pm @ SOHUM Yoga and Meditation Studio with Joseph Carringer

Joseph provides a meditative journey that reconnects the mind with the body and allows you to journey and meditate within each major energy center by using concert class eucalyptus didgeridoos tuned to the key of each major chakra.

Participants will be guided to focus on each of the chakras as they come into the corresponding mediation to heighten their awareness of the energy center and promote clearing and connection with the energetic body.

Joseph Carringer is an East Coast based, internationally known professional didgeridoo musician and sound therapist. In his sound therapy practice he uses concert class didgeridoos, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian and organ theory with Ayurvedic Chakra philosophies creating a unique and powerful therapeutic sound healing experience. Joseph has been playing an Australian Aboriginal didgeridoo for over a decade, using it as a deep meditative tool in his personal shamanic journey as well as a therapeutic instrument for his clients.
